Performed a set of experiments including Rock Eval pyrolysis, VRo, SEM, XRD and FTIR to understand the quantity, maturity
and hydrocarbon potential of organic matter within shale sequence.
• Experimental studies based on Core Flooding Apparatus for permeability investigation.
• Preparation of core plugs and conducting NMR study to understand the geophysical behavior of shale and sandstones.
• Weekly calibration of Rock-Eval machine and preparation of DPR and pyrolysis log sheet.
