Restricting Hardware and Network related problems. Working with Level support team to fix the issues and reason for outage. Installing Anti-Virus (Symantec) and Troubleshooting Virus Related Issues. Maintaining and Managing Security in shared folders. Coordinating with Service providers for Link issues. Installing, Configuring, Maintaining and Troubleshooting of Networking Equipments: Routers& Switches.
