Dutes:
Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance of drilling tools and equipment ( Top drive, mud pump , drawwork , BOP , choke and kill and standpipe well test manifolds, rotary table ,Eaton brak, travelling block , crown block , ...etc).
Carry out repairs & preventive maintenance for all equipment .
Carry out repaires and preventive maintenance of power supply engines(CAT B, , ).
Carry out and execute all required daily/weekly/monthly and monthly, yearly and yearly inspection as per version Oarcle computerized for all drilling, power generation and well control equipment to ensure proper and efficient operation.
Prepare material orders for parts and supplies to be approved by rig superintendent.
Ensure that repairs are reported back in writing as well as reported back to PMS section and that records are filed properly.
• Implement ADC safety procedures and work instructions.
• Adhere/respond to ADC Quality Management System.
The main tasks done:
• O.H for top drive Varco TDS-..
• O.H of crown block and travelling block
Major overhaul for the Varco-BJ SW- spinning wrench on the rig site. Top and major overall and valve lach for power supply engine CAT b ..
• Carry out un-scheduled repair for drawwork low clutch on the rig site.
Major overhaul of ADS SD and JCDB drawwork on EDC drilling equipment workshop.
• Carry out yearly inspection of mud pump National OIL WELL
Major overhaul of rotary table National &frac;’’ in EDC drilling equipment work shop.
