Every week to inspect the electrical equipment and machineries.

Developing and implementing various HSE risk control system like Permit to work, Accident investigation & prevention, Emergency response plan including mock drill.
Identification & elimination of hazards using various available techniques like JSA, JHA, SAFETY AUDIT and Daily Plant HSE Observations.
Ensures all Personnel Safety training (HS / BA, PTW, Man whole watches, Fire & Safety watches, trainings, etc.) are completed and necessary valid certificates are available at site.
To provide input & support for the safe conduct of work by contractor personnel during normal maintenance/shutdowns and associated utility equipment, static equipment.
Conducts regular work site safety inspections/Audits/ Safety walk.
Assist Safety department with audits during shutdowns.
To prepare / review JSA for each job.
Ensure that adequate trainings such as Permit to Work, Confined Space Entry, SIMOPS, Hazardous waste handling, Basic Fire Fighting, Road Safety Management, and Environmental Awareness, Organizing safety Campaign etc. is provided to all personnel, including contractors, to meet all project needs.
Develop awareness reducing accidents towards the ultimate goal of zero accidents.
To ensure right quality of PPE are being supplied & used.
Ensure submission of daily safety report.
Give guidance to the traffic guards if required.
Be prepared to learn/ conduct the initial gas testing for a confined space entry, cutting and welding activities.
Well versed with mechanical tools tackles and be capable of inspecting the tool box or tool contains on site.
Attends daily progress / planning meetings as advised by Company personnel.
SIMOPS operation like Hot work, drilling, startup activities.
Pre shutdown activities like scaffolding activities, Hose inspection, lifting operations &material shifting activities.
Shut down activities like working at height, confined space in vessel, exchangers, columns, Tanks insulation cladding and termination, painting dismantling scaffolding activities.
