Supervise in all phases of drilling operations , such as drilling the well, running casings, cement jobs (casing cement, cement plugs), leak off-tests, casing integrity tests, wireline activities. - Responsible for the administration and coordination of services, equipment, materials, and teams of different service companies, and different specialties. - Manages and controls Drilling operations on assigned wells. - Perform drilling penetration rate optimization. - In charge of the space outs for landing, Casing tallies, pipe tallies, BHAs tallies.Develops drilling strategies, write drilling programs, perform operative lookahead program for upcoming operations, drilling analyses/calculations, and acts as a focal point for continuous improvement by implementation of technology transfer and application of best practices
