A candidate will not be considered for any future vacancies if:

• They fail to attend interviews arranged by Falcon Multi Services Ltd twice.
• They disclose the name of the vacancy or company to anyone else for which they have been referred by Falcon Multi Services Ltd.

Employment Relationship

• Employer Responsibility: If a candidate is selected for a job through Falcon Multi Services Ltd, they will be solely an employee of the respective organization. Falcon Multi Services Ltd will not be responsible for any legal disputes or other matters between the candidate and the organization.

Legal Jurisdiction

• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of such incidents are subject to settlement in Mumbai Court, under Indian jurisdiction.
