  • 2. Sourcing Candidates:
  • We begin by extracting the maximum number of CVs from our extensive databank.
  • If our database does not have sufficient candidates, we post the job requirements on various online platforms and place advertisements in leading newspapers.
  • 3. Review and Shortlisting:
  • After careful evaluation, we forward a comprehensive set of CVs to the client for review.
  • The client then provides us with a list of shortlisted candidates, scheduling personal interviews at their convenience.
  • 4. Conducting Interviews:
  • If the client or their representative is unable to conduct interviews, our execution engineer will handle the trade tests and personal interviews to gain deeper insights into the candidates' capabilities.
  • 5. Final Selection and Offer:
  • Once the client makes the final selection, a formal offer letter is issued to the chosen candidates.
  • Candidates accept the terms and conditions through a declaration.
  • 6. Medical Examination:
  • Selected candidates undergo a medical examination and submit their medical fitness reports along with their original passports.
  • Upon receiving these documents, we request the client to process the candidates’ visas.

Mobilization - Travel Processing & Deployment


  • We ensure that candidates are kept informed about the visa status, allowing them to be ready for departure on short notice. Our efficient travel processing and deployment services guarantee that the mobilization process is smooth and timely.

Orientation of Candidates Before Departure


    To ensure that our selected candidates are well-prepared and compliant with our clients' expectations, we provide a thorough orientation session. This includes:

  • Working conditions and expectations.
  • Good manners and etiquette.
  • Cultural nuances and weather conditions.
