Ensure SANTOS management systems are being adhered to. Ensure D&C safety management standards are being met. Ensuring SIMOPS operations are being conducted as per SIMOPS checklist and as per WPTW Rev 3. Ensure and verify all pressure testing requirements are being met and acceptable. Ensuring all crews are trained for underbalanced airwork and certifications are current. Ensuring all crews are familiar with airwork SOPs required to perform the task outlined as per program.  Perform gas detection on side and bleed down well pressures as per program. Rig down and rig up PCP drivehead or LRP service equipment. Run completion and rod string as per montage. Space out rod string for LRP or PCP as required. Run existing or dedicated clean out strings (Strata valves, switch floats), as per montage.

Monitor plans, programs and work progress. Ensure all materials and equipment are ordered and transported as needed.
