Inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment in hazardous areas Undertake appropriate risk assessments (RA) to complete work scope in a safe and controlled manner. Request and take out applicable permit to work (PTW) to complete work scope in a safe and controlled manner. Installation of Instrument, F&G, Electrical & Telecom Equipment’s as per Location layout, GAD & Hook up drawing. Inspection of Switch Gear Panel installation, Cable termination and commissioning. Getting offers from vendors and preparation of technical evolution sheet. Preparation of Bill of Quantity/Scope of work from FEED drawings and bid documents. MTO preparation for all bulk materials like- structural materials, pipe fittings, tube fittings, Cable, Cable Trays, Glands, LCS, Instrument JB and consumable. Co ordinating with TPI Agencies for Day-to-day inspection activities, resolving all issues / punch points, to obtain Release note for dispatch of project. Review QC procedures, ITP and Quality Plan and assist with establishing acceptable working practices for construction activities. Ensuring that all E&I activities are completed in accordance with requirements defined in ITP. Preparation of Project Dossier.
