Electrical operation and maintenance in Petrochemical company and petroleum refinery Responsibilities covers Operation and Maintenance of various types of Electrical Equipment like 33 KV GIS Board , 6.6 KV HT Boards , HT / LT Transformer , PCC , PMCC , MCC , UPS , Battery charger , HT / LT Motors , VCB , ACB . Commissioning of 4.5 MW motor , MV VSD and 33 KV GIS panel carried out recently . Currently in SEZ CPP for Gas turbine Generator ( 124.56 MW ,14.5 KV ) overhauling and modification work . I am working in FCCU plant in Refinery , responsible for Electrical operation and maintenance . • Daily / weekly planning Based on work orders , predictive maintenance , corrective maintenance and modification requirements. • Daily Plant & substation round for smooth functioning of the Electrical Equipment , Taking corrective action as and when required . • Trouble shooting Electrical problems and RCA analysis of Electrical faults . • Keeping spare records and availability of spares to smooth running of plant . • Develop / motivate sub ordinate to meets organization standards. • Planning / Coordination with other groups for job planning / execution / completion . • Work with proper Work Permit ( Cold work / Hot work / confined space work permit ) , conduct toolbox meetings before starting jobs , Prepare Risk Assessments for Critical activities . • Commissioning & maintenance of 33 KV GIS panel , 6.6 KV switchboard , PCC, PMCC , MCC , HT/LT motors, Transformer , Battery and battery charger & UPS . • Maintenance of 11KV VCB , 6.6 KV VCB , ACB. • Maintenance of HT / LT Motors , 31.5 MVA Transformer , 2 MVA Transformer . • Responsible for Power Change over in LV / MV panel . • Responsible for Electrical Isolation & Energization as per LOTO . • Follow Standard Maintenance Procedures & Standard Operating Procedures for the job execution . • Working Knowledge of VFD , Soft starter , Cathodic protection system . • Working Knowledge of SAP . • Effective man & Material planning for execution of work . • Follow work permit system, safety procedures and company’s policy.
