Working with CMS in SAP, ordering spare parts and control of stores. Preparation spare parts lists for yearly maintenance, scope of work, modification and upgrade of rigs. Preparation failure reports, MOC, train assistant mechanics, close WO, working and collaboration with RM, TP, DS, MSV, HSE. Analyze, replace or repair rig equipment, hydraulic equipment and diesel equipment. Rig up&down all mechanical aspects of the drilling rig and maintain/repair all mechanical equipment. As needed, train and mentor mechanics on processes, HSE and safety procedures and Company policies and procedures. Maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for all mechanical equipment. Ensure efficient and continual functioning of all mechanical, centrifugal, auxiliary and diesel machinery and equipment. Performs all work safely and in compliance with federal guidelines and the company's HSE policies and procedures. Ensure that the rig is operated in accordance within the design parameters and in conformance with all aspects. Conduct visual, and where possible functional, inspections of equipment both prior to use and at periodic intervals. Take responsibility for planned maintenance, certification, record-keeping and reporting. Maintain all required records, documentation and certification of machinery, mechanical and fire fighting equipment for rig. Supervise the dismantling, packaging and preparation of mechanical equipment for rig moves, including re-assembly at new locations. Rig and oil platform upgrading. Performing with crew BOP, manifold pressure tests using RESATO high pressure test unit. Performing pressure tests of relief valves, adjustment and repair.
