I am a Senior Drilling and Workover Supervisor with 12 years of onshore experience in the oil and gas industry. Managed drilling and completion of vertical and deviated oil and gas wells (S, J, Horizontals). Supervision of day-to-day operations of Drilling and Completions at the Well site. My main skills are: well control, well control equipment’s, technical knowledge of drilling, Workover &Completion, H2S safety procedures, leadership, and adaptability. One of my main achievements is that I developed and implemented training programs for supervisors in well control, stuck pipe and trouble-free drilling, resulting in a 15% increase in operational efficiency and reduced error rates. Also, I have experience in drilling high pressure / high temperature wells as deep as 17,000 feet with heavy mud weights in high H2S concentrations of 26%, Experience with software`s (Well View, Landmark, Peloton).
