My role in Rig is to maintain and solve the problems of the equipments in the rig. Carrying out proactive and preventive scheduled maintenance Planning services, modifications, and troubleshooting/repairing malfunctioning equipment/ systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, piping) such as engines, pumps, compressors, cranes, and drilling equipment Testing all safety equipment including but not limited to; fire pumps, foam pumps, eye wash stations, emergency generator and compressor Managed high worked of maintenance orders by prioritizing and clear communication with colleagues Clean the engine room and maintain it. Clean the generators and properly maintain it. Properly maintain house keeping in mechanical tool room. Maintain the camp site generators. Clean and maintain the diesel tanks both at rig site as well as at camp site. Clean the air compressors. Check that pipelines are working properly. Maintain the daily working hour report of generators, compressors etc. Properly maintain the record of diesel. Clean the tools and different mechanical equipment. Develops a great working relationship with all employees on the rig to ensure a safe working environment.
