My name is john maestre and i am a colombian engineer with more than 10 years of experience in field ops, and performing as night wellsite drilling supervisor for the last 5 years. Since I Have performed different kinds of roles during my professional experience (warehoseman, roughneck, rig operator, rig toolpush, Company man assistant,Wellsite drilling engineer, company man), I have a global understanding of HSE (how to perform safely the activites by own experience), logistic procedures and requirements, resources and budget managment, the development of daily reports and documents needed to follow up the operation and others qualities that i know will be useful for your operations. Besides, as a supervisor, I am used to support the operations constantly at the rig floor in order to make sure everything is perform safely, promptly, using best drilling practices, being ahead on logistic and operational requirements, following thoroughly the drilling program, striving to achieve time & cost savings during operation. that's why i consider myself ,along with my field experience, a proper option to be recommended for the position.
