Give work to the juniors on daily basis and supervise them . Respect to the senior and junior talk softly on the working time. Responsible for 24 hours for entire working schedule. Make permits before work and closed permits after work. All paper works must done on time. Closed all audits works before and after audits. Before start work make sure to make permits. Working on heavy equipments like Cat Engines, Draworks, Topdrive, mudpumps, centrifugal pumps, BOP, Kommey and many more which is on the location all equipments needs to check daily.
