1. Perform the drilling department’s daily checklists, i.e. QHSE checks, mast/Derrick inspection, choke and kill manifold set up, etc. 2. Maintain proper communication with the Tool pusher, and other department heads 3. Read and interpret various gauges and meters relating to the drilling operations 4. Actively participate in pre-job meeting with the drilling crew for all non-routine drilling operations 5. Organize and supervise the drilling crews for all operations 6. planning, organization and execution of rig move operations 7. Operate drilling and associated equipment, i.e. Top Drive System, mud pumps, BOP and Diverter controls, etc. Know the client rules and Company procedures for well control and blowout prevention. 8. Responsible for the rig move starting from rig release, rig move, rig up to spud. And making sure that all the equipment are inspected and having all required certificates. 9. Drilled many wells with MPD (Manage pressure drilling)
