HSE lead, supervision for two turn key drilling rigs and mentoring HSE team. Conduct training and supervising mock drills, initiate daily HSE inspection and issue corrective action. Preparing lift plan with the lifting team and implement during routine and non routine lifts. Preparing for rig moves and ensuring sub contractor HSE management as per the plan. Incident investigation and implement the corrective actions across the rigs.  Advising and implementing Company and Client H.S.E. policy, rules & regulations as per agreed International Standards  Maintain all QHSE & site related documents for cross reference & data management  Bridging communication between the Client & Contractor for safe system of work  Incident Reporting and Investigation till closure of observations  Conducting QHSE Audit & Equipment inspections  Deal and supervise on site safety issues regarding Hazards identifications, fire prevention and personnel  Interact with Govt. security agencies for Expats movement in Pakistan  Prepare Govt. NOC’s for storage and transport of Oil/Explosives and Electrical Installation  Conduct site Safety Induction for all new employees and visitor  Weekly function test of all H2S, Fire/Smoke detectors and Warning Alarms at Oil and Gas plant & Drilling sites  Responsible to prepare emergency response teams as per work activities  Conducting Emergency Drills (fire,H2S, Well Control, Mede Vac) and evaluate the competency of the Response teams and rectify findings  Prepare rig move plan and monitor the plan implemented thru out rig move/rig up activities  Monitoring and guiding all lifting operations by Cranes/ Fork Lifts during Rig Move or routine operations including Tandem lifts and Man lifts at site  Inspection of Accommodation /Camp for health, hygiene and environment  Monitoring all activities including Work at height & Confined space entry  Inspection of all lifting gear (slings, shackles, web slings) colour coding and maintain record in loft register  Implement PTW system and audit the said implementation  Arrange class room trainings on different safety topics related to Oil & Gas Drilling & General Safety for all crew including sub-contractors  Arrange Third party certification for Lifting Gear, Safety Equipment, Pressure Gauge and Well Control equipment as per scheduled plan  Conduct Tool Box Talk & Pre Tour Meeting for crew  Supervise housekeeping and wastage disposal with local contractors as per company’s policy  Arrange Daily Vehicle driver’s meeting & Issue a Journey Management Plan for all Road Trips
