Allah HSE rules and responsibilities implementation Promote HSE awareness among work force and management team through HSE campaigns, toolbox talks, formal trainings and HSE incentives.  Arranges training sessions for confined space entry workers, provide awareness regarding hazardous chemicals and their MSDS, heavy lift, manual handing, hot works etc.  Monitor and control all HSE matters related with team members.  Perform daily meetings with crew and client.  Carry out site visits, and observe day-to-day activities.  Preparation of RIG MOVE PLAN.  Monitor and evaluates HSE management system throughout at all management level by conducting frequent audits and inspection.  Identify unsafe conditions, provide controls measures, declare near miss and prepare incident reports.  Carry out incident investigation and root cause analysis.  Review method statements develop by execution and planning team for various jobs like, high elevation working at height, welding, cutting, grinding work, crane activities, and chemical handling works.  Ensure full HSE compliance and safe work practices at RIG site.  Promote HSE awareness among all the workforce, through HSE trainings, HSE bulletins, Handout and flyers.  Preparing the Rig safety induction program for new employees and visiting personnel to the RIG site as per the Induction Training Program.  Carryout usual audits for PTW procedure and PPEs
