Have experience at all productions pumps same as ESP, PCP, Rod pump. Review all operations reports from all rigs. Team work with all nationalities. Request all required material from equipments manuals. Follow safety procedures & work instructions to avoid any violations. All responsibility of assistant driller same as follow with the driller the required BHA & drill string. Follow with STP & Companyman all services companies. Make internal audits of rigs, Ensure all preventive maintenance is done. Data analysis of rigs for repair time. Plan for rig move. Follow up personal issues & promotions. Know all API connections of drill string, wellhead flanges, DSA, BHA. prepare any material for jobs.
