Use technical manuals, diagnostic tools, and experience to resolve complex mechanical problems. Perform preventive, corrective, and scheduled maintenance on all drilling and associated equipment, including engines, pumps, generators, rotary tables, and draw works. Diagnose mechanical problems and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime. Ensure all mechanical systems comply with operational standards and safety regulations

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulic equipment, and diesel engines. Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure in challenging on/offshore or remote environments
