Now , I am working as a frac engineer with high experience in oil and gas industry, previously I worked at drilling rigs with more than 3 years experience ( roustabout, floorman, Derrick man , assistant driller,……). I am responsible now at Halliburton for designing and executing so many frac treatments.as my previous experience at drilling , I was responsible for preparing BHA , ……) at the rig . Also to make sure that safety is applied well and everyone knows his role . Well control is so important so every shift I must make sure from Kommey unit ( annular pressure , accumulator pressure , air pressure ,…..).Also , I must make sure that everything is gonna be ok . I am attending safety meeting every day , ..). Supervised for most works in the Rig and responsible to Rig Mathematics and creating a good strategy in the rig. - Responsible on preparing and measuring of bits, bit sub, X overs, BHA(bottom hole assembly) and any tubular run in the hole and records its serial numbers. - Completed daily reports, work orders and work permits. - Check up on all well control equipment, koomey pressure gages reading and line up standard pipe manifold and chock manifold and prepare kill sheet every shift while drilling. - Observed mud pumps and solid control equipment and insure that all spare parts are available when needed by doing inventory for these parts. - Prepared for Nipple up or Nipple down of Bop. - Assisted derrick man in cement job, displacement job and while loss of circulation problem. - Assisted on preparing Rig for Rig Move, insure that all tubulars and flanges are on baskets, all wires and shackles ready for use in Rig move. - Assisted on Rig layout on new location, so always keep distance between well Centre, mud tanks ,pumps generators, fly camp and main camp. - Ensured that new crew members are properly trained. - Trained drilling crew in safe performance of their duties. - Assisted driller in monitoring the well condition at all times. - Performed drilling operations as instructed by the Driller. - Assisted drillers with all drilling processes. - Operated equipment such air, water and mud pumps.
