Follow up the operations & Ensure that the permit of work system are used correctly . Maintain understanding the basics of the Safety Management System. Review & update the documents filling system of the rig. Reporting daily the unsafe acts & conditions observations of the rig . Carryout through examination on rig site and main camp . Submit the safety induction for new employees and site visitors. Conduct Pre-Tour & Pre-Job Safety meeting, weekly meetings, monthly meetings & toolbox talks about the rig activity. Inspect all rig-lifting gears & Lifting appliances . Follow up the safety certifications validity of the rig components. Testing the emergency response & performing emergency drills to train workers on how to act in emergencies like (Fire Drill-Kick Drill-H2s Drill-First Aid Drill) . Inspect all life saving equipment in good condition. Provide the workers by weekly on job training. Monitor workers' health conditions, such as exposure to noise or hazardous substances. Regularly evaluate safety and health performance to improve procedures and policies. Oversee implementation of operational systems and procedures to include but not be limited to: Permit to Work System, Lock-Out/Tag-Out System, Hazardous Chemical -MSDS, PPE System, HLO, H2S Awareness, Benchmarking, NOWA and other required training activities . Ensure that all workers use the appropriate personal protective equipment. Provide training on the proper use and maintenance of personal protective equipment. Ensure that service companies comply with safety and health procedures . Provide guidelines and instructions to service companies on the safety procedures followed on location. Maintenance of the Corrective Action Register for non-compliance items arising from meetings and inspections. & During Rig Move: Conduct daily Pre-Rig or Rig Move daily meeting with Offset operators and drivers. Review the PTW for the major jobs such as lower or raising mast and rig floor, disconnect, lowering & raising TDS & reconnection of flare line and all critical lift plans. Conduct inspection of the roads of the new location as part of the team identifying the blind spots (taking pictures as necessary) - to be uploaded to quest .
