Roles and Responsibilities
• Responsible for all types of Electrical maintenance works as per Rig Management System. • Maintenance of all LV Electrical panels. • Maintenance of Top Drive System of Can rig , 1050E, 6027AC and 1275 AC. • Repairing of all type of plant lighting, air condition make TRANS 10Ton. • Maintenance and troubleshooting of KATO /WEG / Baylor Alternators, Omrons VFD system & Allen bradley MCC, Allen Bradley PLC, Rosshill SCR 1400 series • Maintenance of Mud pumps and Draw work AC /DC Traction motors Model MGV 8009 VFD and GE 752. • Maintenance of LV motors, which include quarterly/yearly preventive maintenance as per program, overhauling, bearing replacement, troubleshooting, modification as per requirement. • Maintenance of all type of instrument which include, PVT , proximity switches, flow sensor, stroke sensors, load sensors, Gas detection system, top drive camera, crown saver & Rig camera system etc… • Responsible for execution of work in safe manner. • Responsible for maintaining HSE system.
