 Real-time service using data acquisition and processing, provides the client with the information needed to modify and optimize the performance measured against set KPIs. -Drilling, Casing, Tripping and Completion Operations.  Operations monitoring and analysis of the data- with RIG HOUR and InterACT for drilling performance analysis along with completion operations.  Discussing the overall performance (along with NPT, KPI targets, ILT, and petrodollars saved per project) of present and past wells in the field and across the project with Drilling engineers and Drilling supervisors in the field- from ADNOC Onshore & providing support from Pre-spud meeting till the End of the well with AAR’s.  Showcasing well progress (Ahead / Behind Progression) – Subject to the availability of the plan & PIBS -Performance-based incentives after the End of the well.  Attending and presenting in Daily/weekly meetings with Drilling Engineers or Team leaders or VP meetings  Provide miscellaneous performance reports such as performance by service providers, casing vendor performance, crew performance, etc.  Successfully handled various fields -BAB, Buhasa, Haliba, Bu Tasah, Huwaila, ASAB along with Workover wells and other special projects.  Delivering Integrated Daily Drilling Reports along with Daily executive summary (24-hour rig state activity breakdown, 24-hour general overview, Daily KPI charts, and analysis, Well Progress Displays, Daily Depth vs Time Plot) from Rig Hour Environment.  Delivering Drill Well on Paper (DWOP) workflows for gauging ILT and tracking lessons learnt.  To capture and analyze drilling events in conjunction with RT Data and analyze the operations.  Drilling / Tripping KPI Tracking and analysis (Connection-Weight-Weight, Slip-Slip / Net Gross time per stand or section, Tripping In / Out singles speed, pumping out speed).  To track and analyze all non-drilling rig activities.  Tracking NPT, Identification, and reduction of unaccounted NPT. Development of DWOP.  Delivering sectional/weekly/monthly well performance reports.  Announce achievements for KPIs when observed compared to benchmarks.  Showcase and flag EDM-corrected issues for DWOP recognition, and provide coaching to respective DS/DE for avoidance in the future.  Counter the challenges being raised by the operations team by providing detailed evidence to suffice the justification.  Discuss and highlight the NPT recordings based on EDM entries and the discrepancies observed through the automated rig state in the Performance Benchmarking Platform.  Conduct training on the RTOC deliverables for effective utilization of the tools.  Deliver daily, weekly, end-of-section and end-of-well summary reports.
