• Experience of Testing & Site commissioning of automation and control system involving PLC, HMI system, etc. • Responsible for Installation and maintenance of Pneumatic Control System, Hydraulic control system control through PLC & HMI. • Able to Upload/Download parameter of Siemens VFD through Drive monitor or new parameterization of Siemens drive through PMU. • Having good experience of PLC wiring and communication (profibus) troubleshooting as currently working with Siemens s7-300 which is using several numbers of digital and analog modules. • Experience in Maintenance and operations of Whole POWER CONTROL ROOM, Erection of the Site electrical system during shifting and testing. • Responsible for operation and maintenance of Electrical Panels , Soft Starters, and various other types of starter panels etc • Able to read electrical drawing and good knowledge of fault troubleshooting through circuit diagram • Experience of Testing & site commissioning of all Motors and Cables Load estimations as per required • Experience of maintenance of various types of lighting systems compromising of HPMV, Sodium vapor , Mercury vapor, etc. • Troubleshooting Scr panel fault & good experience of solve fault in DC motors. • Good experience of solve problem of VFD unit & TASCO TOP DRIVE MOTORS fault. • Good experience to short out problem of Mi swaco system. • Good experience to solve problem of electrical sensor. • Able to read electrical drawings and good knowledge of fault troubleshooting through circuit diagram. • Accountable for Electrical load calculation. (Like D.G. full load current, motor full load current and Power cabling calculations etc.). • Responsible for Installation and maintenance of D.G. Synchronizing Panels (500kva DG sets control through Siemens s7 PLC, HMI.) • Strategically, plan, analyze & conceptualize the basic requirements while setting up the technical infrastructure of the project. Define scope of projects while contributing to the project as the project architect and the areas of cost efficiency, time management & manpower planning for the project execution.. • Knowledge of all Rig Site operations and various Electrical Safety measures comprised in OISD 137. • Responsible for Installation and maintenance of AC motor up to 600 kW. • Good experience about (TOP DRIVE WARIER 250 TONNE). • Good experience about 1100 HP Drilling rig. • Good Experience in House Wiring and Bunk wiring • Working in Thermal power station as apprentice.
