•PLC Allen-Bradley maintenance and troubleshooting and programming. • Good knowledge at the SCR systems (OMRON -ROSS HILL). • Electrical power generation & Distribution Equipment of Caterpillar model 3512, 399 and 3406 Diesel engine and its control system. • Assist for maintenance Rig power plant, Transformers, SCR (Omron, ross hill), PLC (Allen – Bradley), Control panels, MCC, AC motors, DC motors, air-conditions, air compressors (Sullair, Atlas, Denair). Maintain, repair and troubleshoot NOV Varco PS 500, BPM ,Canrig drive systems. • Maintain, repair and troubleshoot Rig monitoring systems such as Rig Sense and MD TOTCO. • Start up and bring on line generators for parallel or split plant operation and adjust load power factor and frequency of generators. • Maintain and repair generator switch including troubleshooting and meter load, voltage, frequency, KVAR and power factor. • Troubleshooting and repair breakers and protective devices, voltage regulator, and governor electronic control. • Install and troubleshoots and repair multiple start-stop station, switches, sensors (transducers, flow sensors, level sensors, pressure sensors, temperature sensors proximity sensors, ultra violet sensors, etc.), timers, relays and solid-state switching device. • Read electrical schematics and electrical wiring diagrams, use technical manuals and references to find information and ensure the relevant information is available for equipment. • Knowledge and understand for Company’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policy and Company’s Permit to work system. • Maintain and repair the residential, kitchen and laundry equipment. • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and also oracle reporting. • Go on Plan the PMS on electrical equipment on the rig so that the operations of the rig are Uninterrupted and efficient. •I'm aware of Company's Policies, Procedures, Standards, Management Systems, Emergency Preparedness Manual, Maintenance Manual etc.
