Offshore 2000HP drilling jack-up rig (Admarine 260 & Admarine III), Red Sea, Egypt.•Maintain the operational integrity of maintenance, installation and removal of mechanical systems and documentation of the drilling systems and equipment.* About the drilling unit as directed of offshore rig device;Diesel Engines (CATERPILLAR 3516-A&B), National 1320 UE, Continental Emesco draw works, Top Drive (VARCO TDS4) Bop control unit (NOV), Deep Well water Pump, Centrifugal Pumps, Mud pumps "triplex pumps " (Gardener Denver, PZL 11" Stroke), Mud pit agitators, Accumulator unit, Air compressors, water maker (Watertech model), Marathon letourneau cranes, Jacking systems. Maintenance of all rig equipment based on PM scheduled.-troubleshooting for all equipment during drilling operation.-complete required maintenance reports.-participates and contributes in safety, operational meetings, safety drills and inspections.
Additional Skills/Certification
NDT (Non-destructive testing) Course ASNT level II, Welding inspection five methods.• Maintenance, Reliability and Asset management course.• Hydraulic and pneumatic control course.• Emergency Response Team leader& Member " ERTM" Approved by OPITO.
