As Senior mechanic I am performing following duties. ➢ Perform preventive/corrective maintenance, following company guidelines & instructions of my supervisor. ➢ Inspect & monitor equipment to identify & rectify the problems on spot in time. ➢ Adopt HSE policies & provide trainings & awareness about HSE to sub ordinates. ➢ Senior mechanic in condition evaluations & major maintenance of rig equipment. ➢ Participate in modifications & upgradation projects. ➢ Supervise & mentor the motorman in their duties and routine PM tasks. Engines. CAT 3512, CAT D399, D398, CAT 18 electronic engine, CAT 3406C. I am able to perform routine maintenance of 35 series and other electronic engines. I can perform valve lash, compression test, safety shutdown test (HMSO), replace turbocharger cartridge and all repair jobs standalone. I have performed top end overhaul of D 398 engines under supervision of chief mechanic. Drawworks. National 110 UE, GD1500E and National 1625 DE, ➢ Replaced bearing for main drum and replace low and high clutches bearing ➢ I have performed and can do the following jobs standalone, ➢ Adjust brakes. ➢ Replace diaphragm of clutches. ➢ Replace and inspect drive chains. ➢ Monitor & maintain the cooling system for brakes. TDS. VARCO TDS-11S, TDS 4, TDS Luterno Replace motor and replace brake caliper Troubleshooting and repair Daily servicing of TDS. Testing of hydraulic systems.
