Management if multiple rigs of 3000 hp and 2000 hp. Overseeing operai9nal integrity and well control standards compliance. Clients meetings every next day to discuss operations ,,Current and future business. Discussing with client their additional requirements and also making sure , continuous HSE improvement and our operations meet the clinets KPIs. Integrity of our assets and their life is additional responsibility. Mak8ng sure our inventory does not exceed the minimum requirements and also make sure all critical inventory is always available. Cost control through proactive approach and making sure rigs run without any NPT. Also , our crew trainings and their morale behavioural trainings should be uptodate. Timely visits of the rigs to suppet rig mangers and tool.pushers and boost their morales.
