Up to date preventative and corrective maintenance with maintenance superintendent (Chief Engineer) and other department heads like drilling, and marine departments. Carrying out maintenance according to the company maintenance management systems. Ensuring permits to work, isolation systems, strictly and to follow all the rules from the company. Daily inspection and maintenance on all hydraulic and mechanical equipment, always monitoring and evaluating equipment performance to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability. Ensuring that reports for repair, maintenance, and service of equipment are accurate and complete. Ensuring that all third-party equipment is fit for purpose, certified, correctly installed, and maintained while on the rig. Tube & pipe & hose / ends identification & fabrication & change out include - fabricated Tube & pipe & hose pressure test certification and keep records up - to date in hose register for all drilling equipment including cranes. Evaluated equipment spare part quotation requests. Control / Reorder / Follow for new Hydr. products & recommendations - Hydraulic fittings, components , swagelok , etc.
