Repairing and faultfinding of SCR panel.  Five SCR units (Each one 1600 amp, 750v dc) feed to the rig with the direct current and all its protection & control systems.  Maintenance of 1000 HP DC motors, drilling equipment, Eddy current break, mud pumps and cement pump unit rotary table.  Responsible for the daily & periodical Maintenance process for all electrical equipment related to the rig such as,  Working knowledge & experience in VFD & Amphion technology  Working & troubleshooting of Amphion system and fiber system.  Four Generator units (Each 1 MW, 600vac,60Hz) which feed to the rig with electrical power and all its protections & control systems.  Servicing chopper and resistor banks.  Monthly inspection on Draw works, Mud Pump, Rotary, and Top Drive traction motors.  Troubleshooting and maintenance in the VFD system.  Troubleshooting Rig & Camp electrical equipment breakdown.  Maintenance and repairing VFD (HVAC).  All ac electrical motors (3H.P -100 H.P) and all its protection and control systems.  Troubleshooting and maintenance on power catwalk FORUM (4000 & 4500).  Working on Amphion alarm & varballs Backup.  Backup ABB drive parameters.  Maintenance and repair of rig and camp AC units.  Rig down Instruments and Rig up, calibrate, and commission Rig Instrument during Rig Commissioning and Rig move activities.  Perform daily Inspection and Maintenance of all electronics & Instrument equipment.  Work Experience & full knowledge of Amphion Technology, Rig Sense (MD-Totco), and VFD.  Troubleshooting and repairing of Fire & Gas Safety system.  Periodically calibration, and maintenance of LEL & H2S Gas Sensors.  Calibration of instruments like flow sensors, pressure sensors, level sensors and temp sensors, transmitters, control valves, pressure switches, limit switches, etc.  Troubleshooting of Transmitters, Switches & Gauges for Pressure, Temperature Flow, and Level application.
