Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to Chief Electrician. Under takes in depth analyses/studies of problem and identifies longer terms solution and/or option. Operating, Maintenance and troubleshooting of 2000 HP VFD (HONGHUA), electrical rig include Distribution of AC, VFD (ABB ACS 800) parameters, calibration and settings , Top Drive (CANRIG 1250AC) and CAT 3512B AC Generator (1492 KVA,1045 KW,600 V,1200 RPM,60Hz )With Auto Synchronization System (Woodward). Carry Out Maintenance and troubleshoot on electrical systems of drilling equipment, Driller Console, Iron Roughnecks (CANRIG TM-80), Hydraulic Catwalk (CANRIG PC-3000-26) AC Drilling Motors and Auxiliaries Drive, Mud Pump (SICHUAN HONGHUA 1000KW), Draw works, Rotary table, Sewage Treatment Plant and Instrument system(RigView). Refer electrical drawing and done cabling layouts of mud system, VFD and HPU system with CANRIG top drive.
