Forming of H2S, Fire Fighting and Rescue teams and training them. Develop, implement and monitor health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and programs. Daily Rig Visits to see if there is any unsafe condition or act happening and if required than make them corrective measures. Daily Pre-Tour Meeting with crew shifts and ask them their works and tell them hazards associated with their works and how to overcome it in safe manners. Daily meeting with client company man and discuss if anything or any suggestion from their side to improve the safety culture more efficiently. Daily ask crew to show their STOP Cards if they saw any unsafe act or Unsafe condition to overcome with safe manners and improve our safety culture. Develop and implement safety training programs for employees. Prepare and submit Daily, Weekly and Monthly HSE reports to our management and as per client requirement as well. Do Inspections on Weekly and Monthly basis. Maintain records and documents related to health, safety and environmental programs. Ensure that Health, Safety and Environmental activities are managed according to applicable laws and Company HSE Management System requirements. Monitor the effective implementation of HSE requirements. Develop and promote safety and environmental campaigns to enhance Company culture and awareness. Consult, advise and direct Drilling Operations in matters relating to QHSE
