Hello, my name is Rufat Usubov. I am 30 years old and currently reside in Azerbaijan. I graduated from the Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy in 2016, specializing in Electrical Mechanics, and I hold the qualification of Electrical Technical Officer. I have a total of 6 years of work experience. Of these, I spent 26 months working on DP-2 vessels, specifically on Platform Supply Vessels. The remaining 4 years, I worked on dry cargo and chemical tanker vessels. Additionally, I completed my Master’s degree in Information Technology at Azerbaijan Technical University from 2019 to 2021. Currently, I am pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Azerbaijan State Maritime Academy, which I began in 2022, and I am set to graduate in 2025. As an Electrical Technical Officer, I have extensive experience in maintenance, repairs, and servicing.
