As a Drilling Materials Coordinator: Plan well materials for each Drilling campaign, keep inventory of critical spare parts, create material requisitions, installation & maintenance of Mud Pump Parts, prepare kill sheets, attend operations meeting for Rig Supervisors, relate with vendors & contractors, negotiate price & quotes, ensure quality measurement standard as per job/contract scope, plan marine logistics material movements, supervise lifting operations, reporting to Rig Manager on operational related issues, inspect CCUs and manage rentals, project commercial management to ensure contract compliance, conduct QAQC on supplied parts on the Rig. Work with various technical departments like Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Marine & Drilling for Technical material description for repair & replacement.
