Roles & Responsibility as Field HSE Advisor: -  Assisting with the preparation of emergency response plans, procedures and drills. Conduct drills on the regular basis as required by the Operators drill / mock matrix.  Ensuring PTW is issued prior to start the job and closed after the job and necessary documents have been attached, for the Particular jobs.  Assist the HSE Dept. in the development and implementing of safety training programs.  Maintaining all safety records including HSE training, Near misses, Accident investigation /Reporting.  Ensuring that all records for vehicles and lifting equipment are maintained and updated.  Monthly visual inspection on fire extinguishers, fire hoses, Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) & Supply air breathing apparatus (SABA), Safety harness / lanyards / S.R.L fall protection.  Maintaining Drops (Dropped Objects Management System) program on the rig and conducting visual inspection on weekly / monthly basis.  Weekly& Monthly hygiene inspection at the Rig site& main camp accommodation.  Maintaining HSE-Performance monitoring.  Attend daily Pre-Tour safety meeting with the supervisor & rig crews.  Conduct weekly safety meetings with the supervisor & rig crews.  Preparation, mobilization and deployment of safety equipment for job location.  Monitor training requirements & Conduct certificate training and awareness training for all rig crews.  Conduct On-site training & task list for newly hired personnel.  Maintaining and assisting permit holders to fill out proper work permit systems.  Co-ordinate Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Methods of Statement for the job.  Responsible for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and issuing them to the crew as per PPE matrix.  Check fall protection equipment’s availability and conditions and report it to the Rig Manager for action.
