I’ve got 12 years’ experience in drilling supervision of onshore drilling and completion operations on exploration/development, vertical/horizontal oil/gas wells (as deep as 15000 feet, with bottom temperature up to140°C, reservoir pressure as 8000 psi) to be performed according to the provided programs and instructions safely, effectively and efficiently. My experience is divided into 02 years as a drilling supervisor trainee and 10 years as a drilling supervisor. Worked as client drilling supervisor, starting into two international rigs; in a schlumberger rig (SWCS- 2), then in an Omani rig (Dalma LR- 13), thereafter I have been worked in national drilling companies ENTP and ENAFOR. Responsible for supervising onshore drilling and completion operations on oil and gas wells to be performed according to the provided programs and instructions safely, effectively and efficiently. My professional experience is divided as follows: - 02/2015 to 07/2019 (04 years 06 months) supervision of drilling exploration wells with staged reservoirs of oil and condensate gas bearing formations. - 08/2019 to 10/2023 (04 years 03 months) in supervision of drilling vertical and horizontal oil development wells. - 11/2023 to present; supervision of drilling vertical development and exploration gas wells. * Supervised drilling & completion operations of vertical and horizontal oil/gas wells, using top drive units, water based muds, KCL muds and oil based muds, * Familiar with PDM, RSS and MWD when drilling horizontal wells * In charge of well head installation from Casing Head Housing to X -Mess tree * In charge of casing running operations as well as cementing jobs from 30’’ OD to 4’’1/2 OD * Supervise well completion operations, and well abandonment operations. * Responsible to authorize all operational plans at the rig site to be performed as per all safety standards * Supervise the contractor concerning the implementation of different drills. * Responsible for well equipment availability on rig site as well as their movement to / from rig site * Ensure the availability of sufficient mud products and that mud preparation done as per the mud program * Familiar with hole problems such stuck- pipe, partial losses, and total losses My education, training and work experience make me having good communication skills when worked as a civil engineer when I was communicating with three departments: realisations, commercialisation and studies, and currently as a drilling supervisor where I should cooperate between different people of different service companies on the rig-site.
