Monitor and ensure the Rig Crew Performance and duties as well as the Maintenance tasks. Ensure and promote the Safety awareness in Site. Prepare the Daily Operational Reports and Ton Mile Records. Accomplish all Safety and Operational Training. Lead the Rig Crew and Assistant the Driller. Supervise casing and cementing operations following the Drilling Program. List and prepare Material, Tools, and equipments prior operations. Wide knowledge in API standars and Well Control procedures. Strong focus in Safety regulations in each operation especial in lifting. Follow Game plan and Well program. Prepare the BHA, cross over, drill pipe and reamers and take measures accurately. Releived Driller in any moments when requires. Maintain working areas, tools and equipments in Order and Clean. Prepare Daily Operational Report and monitoring drilling parameters
