• Rig Safety Induction of new employees and visiting personnel's to the RIG site as per Induction Training Program. • Emergency Drills in Coordination with RIG Manager (H2S, FIRE, BOP, AND MAN-DOWN) Forming of H2S and Fire Rescue teams, training them and explaining them their roles and responsibilities. Liaison with the Fire and Rescue team in case of an emergency. • HSE Inspection (Weekly Camp Hygiene inspection, Pre-Spud Inspection, Rig site inspections etc) • Internal Auditing and maintenance of records, Filing of inspection reports conducted by Third Party. • Accident/Incident Investigation and finding the ROOT CAUSE, and implement corrective measures as recommended. • Safe Work Practices. Identification, evaluation and implementation of corrective actions as per hierarchy of control measures as required. Tracking of Un-Safe acts and Un-Safe practices. • Discuss Lesson learn, Safety Alerts and Safety Flashes. • Rig moves according to the Clients program and rig move procedures taking into account safety procedures. • Implementation of STOP card program, lockout/tagout , T-cards and Permit to Work systems. • Implementation of OHSAS 18001:2007 and its monitoring. • Inspection of Rig anchoring system, Derrick man escape line, Mud Pump Relief and bleed off lines for proper anchoring, Emergency Shut Down system. • Inspection of Pre-spud checks for Drilling Rigs and its compliance
