Enforce the SABIC SHEMS Procedure to our Respective projects and Implements EHSS Safety Standard.  Prepare a Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, EHSS Audit, Daily Weekly & Monthly EHSS Reports.  Develop control measures to keep the workforce safe.  Investigating causes of accidents and other unsafe conditions on the job site.  Maintain compliance of all safety regulations.  Emergency mock drills like Evacuation Mock Drill, Fire mock drill and Chemical spillage drill etc. need to be conducted on the site.  Inspecting production equipment and processes to make sure they are safe ordering repairs for damaged equipment.  Provide work-related training to keep workers safe and they can prepare well for the upcoming activities.  Focusing on prevention by keeping up with equipment maintenance and employee training.  Participating in continuing education to update knowledge of health and safety protocols and techniques.  Reviewing and reporting on the staff's compliance with health and safety rules and recommending commendations or dismissal. based on performance.  Ensure the workplace inspection are on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  Conducted Monthly Safety Training to our Personnel.
