Be responsible for the implementation of DWQHSE MANUAL,Assist the rig manager in daily HSE work,Assist the execution of safe job analysis.Assist rig manager in organizing and participating in emergency drill. Ensure that the implementation of the work permit system adhere to the requirements of DWQHSE MANUALLiaise and cooperate with other departments.Carry out equipment periodic inspections and function testing and ensure its integrity.Perform HSE training and record the results.Carry out the rig site HSE orientation for new arrivals,Organize periodic HSE inspection. Participate in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near miss,Record and file accidents or near misses,Monitor the waste handling.Assist the execution of safe job analysis., Be authorized to stop work if deemed dangerous,Be responsible for Reporting
