Support rig crew and HSE engineers in planning operations in line with Oil Field best practices, with strong focus on safety procedures (PTW - JSA/JRA - TBT) Assist in Hazard identification and deployment of suitable mitigation actions Supervise rig crew during job execution (routine and non-routine), improving personnel safety awareness, applying and empowering Stop Work Authority at all levels Perform post-job reviews with rig crew, to highlight areas of improvement Apply Stop Work Authority immediately if in doubt regarding safety of all the people and/or equipment Investigate and report unscheduled events, identifying root causes and ensuring application and remedial actions Follow company's safety management system procedures and instructions, supporting full field implementation and highlighting areas of improvement Oversee the performance of drilling crew components, by checking on the progress of work and give guidance to crew in accomplishing planned work Assisting in the training of drilling crew, by ensuring that crew personnel development plan is practiced Assist in evolution of drilling crew, by performing evaluation of crew members. Supply feedback on daily basis to crew.
