Independently monitor and observe ongoing rig operations on a daily basis with a focus on conformance to Noble policies and procedures and generally accepted safe working practices. Plan facilitate Weekly HSE Meeting. Facilitate the Job Safety Analysis(JSA) Process Review STOP cards generated onboard the installation and ensure effectiveness of STOP program. Participate in all pre job planning activities for high exposure potential operation. Mitigate hazardous conditions observed onboard as required. Perform rig HSE audits and inspections and report trends to rig and division management. Assume a leadership role in mentoring and coaching crew members regarding KCA Deutag HSE policy and producers requirements Perform all required onboard HSE training. Ensure that all HSE training requirements are communicated to crew members. Perform orientation of personnel boarding the offshore installations in accordance with Noble policies and procedures. Attend crew meetings and provide HSE input and feedback. Ensure HSE critical equipment onboard the installation is properly maintained as directed by the division HSE department. Produce a daily plan of activities based on ongoing rig operations
