1. Implementing HSE management system at the rig. 2. Ensure SOP is being followed & all SCE are in aligned no bypassing of any & in good working condition etc. 3. Conduct induction to new contractual workers, weekly & monthly safety are being sent to Head HSE or asset HSE. 4. Conducting mock drill to the crew to create awareness about emergency response. 5. Reporting any near misses, Unsafe act/condition to the HSE manager 6. Ensure regular visit & find out potential hazards at the rig & update HIRA according to any hazard identified. 7.Review Existing Policies and measures and update according to legislation Initiate and organize OHS training of Employees and Executives. 8.Inspect Premises and the work of Personnel to identify issues or non-conformity. 9. Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy. Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle workers compensation claims. 10. Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
