 Attending daily meeting with operation personnel, planner, manager and other discipline supervisors to discuss about the on-going work, set work priorities, coordinate and schedule the day’s activities for the commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, shutdown & routine shift jobs, over hauling, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance activities associated for plant equipments, Gas turbines (Rolls – Royce two stage Centrifugal Compressor ,Engine series – Avon -1535 / RB211) , anti-surge control (CCC).  Directs all Instrument & Control system commissioning & maintenance activities on Oil & Gas processing plant, Collector, Separator, Gas Gathering, Gas processing facility, Gas Injection & water Injection platform.  Developing risk assessments, leading safety and tool talk box meetings. Managing manpower at work site and giving proper instruction & TBT as per ADNOC Life Saving rules, regulation and company policy.  Receiving monthly work orders from planning, arranging weekly and daily schedule for priority jobs, allocating work to technicians, arranging for support services, materials, and test equipments availability. Arranging PTW and related documents, supervise and monitor the progress of planned preventive maintenance, ensures that maintenance activities to be done on time with safe manner.  Supervising and managing a team of Senior Instrument Technician, Technician, Instrument Helper for inspection, instrument installation, configuration, calibration, commissioning, repair, servicing, testing, troubleshooting, fault finding, corrective and preventive maintenance of RTD / thermocouple sensor, HART & Foundation Field Bus transmitters, control valve (Masoneilan, Fisher, Flow Serve ), ESD valves, Fire & Gas system such as Fire detection, Gas detection, Sprinkler, NOVEC /CO2, HVAC ventilation system, HSSD, Ansul Fire Extinguishing and Deluge Systems, Using HART Communicator Rosemount 475, Test equipment’s and hand tools.  Familiar and having good hands on work experience in DCS (Yokogawa Centum VP, CS3000 & Honeywell PKS-Experian C300), ESD/ SIS system ( Triconex – Tricon V9.6, Rockwell – ICS Triplex), PLC ( Allen Bradley – Logix 5000), F&G alarm system ( Honeywell – Safety Manager, General Monitor ), FACP - TYCO Minerva T2000 ) and Bentley Nevada (3500) VMS.  Supervision and responsible for ESD function test, Integrity test of equipment, Health Safety Environment Critical Equipment System (HSECES) MAT work orders are completed within allowed time frame. Managing backlog and rise the flag within maintenance team when backlog exceed 1-month limit for the available recourses.  Ensures that all work order and checklist are completed and all activities are accurately recorded in the MAXIMO 7.6 / SAP system. Preparing daily maintenance progress report and at the end of shift reporting / discussing with maintenance manager and updating current situation of the plant.
