Ensure the safe, economical and efficient performance of the drilling, well completion and work over activities by supervising the execution of the activities in compliance with Company’s standards, contractual requirements, Client’s program and current legislation. Liaise on behalf of Company with the Client’s representative on site regarding contract management and interpretation. Ensure the progress of the activities is in line with the program and report to client any discrepancy. Familiar with running and testing of the BOP and how to operate the same and the diverter system. Responsible for safe working conditions on the rig site at all times. Participate in the preparation of the Safe Job Analysis before start-up of the non-routine operation and ensure completion of risk assessment where required.
