Supervision of well operations including drilling, completion, work overs, PST and logistics for multi-site or multi-rig programs. Supervisions of multiple onsite support contractors. Management of shared services for multi-site or multi-rig programs. Implementation and stewardship of HSE Performance Improvement programs. Incident investigation per Company Standards, identification of root causes and remediation. Follow up on Company Quality Department and third-party inspection of equipment. Create action items, assign it to responsible personnel, and follow up on it to ensure the delivery of objectives in timely manner. Create Daily detailed and accurate WellView Reports. Interface internally with other Drilling Team members. Provide mentorship for the development of National Engineers and junior staff.
