Operates drilling controls and drilling package, monitors drilling parameters and takes actions in well control situations.   Driller diagnoses and reports down-hole problems and implements corrective measures. Enforce safety procedures taking appropriate measures, ensure timely maintenance of drilling equipment & prepare activity reports to ensure that the drilling unit, machinery, equipment, and other resources are effectively operated to optimize the company's site operations considering the safety of personnel, the environment, and equipment to maximize drilling operation efficiency.
