Good house keeping on the rig floor. Permit to work and tool box talks, attend all the safety meetings, Assists Assistant driller and Driller and tool pusher. Prepaer all the tools and equipments for next operation. Assist to ready new BHA. Assists Assistant Driller to do ground jobs. Always keep work area clean and make safe working environment. Always use proper lifting techniques when lifting heavy materials and items. Always wear full PPE. Work together as a team with other Floormans. Report all accidents, incident's, and near misses to direct supervisor. Always Stop any job which is going wrong, stop the job and ask fot the correct way and start job again.
