Supervise Drilling operation. Manage crew and their technical training. Maintain and handle drilling equipments. Compliance to well control procedures and implementation. Execute jobs as per safety standards and according company safety protocols. Hold safety talks , awareness session and technical training of crew. Assistant toolpusher, company man regarding operation and reports writing and maintains routine record. Plan well and solve critical operation issues with collaboration of company man. Ensure and timely inspection of drilling equipments. Regularly check Bop operating system . Well control equipments are up to as per standard. Performing all drilling activities trips, running in casing, cementing, casing , directional drilling, well control during well flowing, prevention of pipe sticking and necessary measures, smooth rig down rig up and rig shifting.

Iwcf level 3. Stuck pipe. H2s Permit to work. Firefighting.
